Had a 10:00 am appointment with Kevin to buy furniture. Was let in around 10:30am by the Jonah (head of warehouse ops). Kevin said he would be there shortly. After 2 hours of waiting, Kevin still was not there. Jonah went above and beyond in helping me, calling the Kansas City store to help me purchase equipment in St. Charles over the phone. Jonah saved the day. I love my new chair and hope for a better sales experience in the future.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - STOLEN MONEY My apartment was flooded and I had to leave immediately. While I was gone cort was hired to move my things. They went through my drawers and found and stole over $300 in cash. When confronted they did nothing. Awful company who steals from people when they’re at their lowest.
