Tracie at Cort Furniture in Tulsa is the absolute best! I went in looking for a table for our entryway. I shared pictures of our new home and explained that we were looking for a few special/unique pieces at a specific price-point. Tracie first pointed me to a beautiful Brazilian 4-door credenza for our entryway. It's not something I would have chosen on my own, but I instantly warmed up to the piece and it looks fabulous in our home. The whole experience with Cort was so easy. Heather was helpful and responsive in the showroom and the delivery guys were beyond professional. We were furnishing a small office and when we need to make some changes in selection, they were very accommodating to our needs. Hard to find this level of customer service these days!
We've been searching for an affordable, good quality sofa for a while now. The woman in the store was extremely helpful and kind. We found a really nice sofa for under $500! We love it and really appreciate how easy it was to purchase. We also got a really nice office chair that retails for almost $300 for $99. Love it! Thank you!
When they came to pick up furniture they also stole money out my wife’s purse stole a gun out of gun case and a fire stick. And we know it was them. They wasn’t very helpful just said file a police report. Don’t believe they do background checks on their employees. Very upset with this company and I know we are not the first to complain about theft. Be careful using this company. They have given a good reply just for show but nothing else . Hiring thieves to come in your house and stealing. Not a good company .
