If I could give 0 stars, I would worst customer service Ever! People waiting in line for him to get back from an emergency with his boss and and he helps a customer that had just pulled up in front of the store. GO to Bob's Propane on Dyer. Better prices & better customer service!

I called to get gas for my Mother and father they are very frantic, they told me, they wont get gas till Monday. they are are cold, and are elderly 95 yrs old. They already have money in there account to put in there tank. The receptionist dosent list to my father. This is not the first time, they have done this to us. They need gas to keep warm. Called to refill the propane tank at home, they said they didn't have people and had to wait 3 weeks. Time came by and they never showed up. Horrible place stay away no wonder their office and equipment are all junk. Trash for trash

I guess the Saturday closure is new? I miss the day when you could call them Saturdays to order propane for Monday, but the management still wants to use the COVID "pandemic" as an excuse to a) keep the office sequestered from the public, and b) close on Saturdays. Review left February 2023.... three years after mUh pAnDeMiC

We ran out of propane on Sunday and I called the number on one of my receipts and got the recording that said running out of fuel is not an emergency. When your 67 and your husband is 73 and you have a grandchild that lives with you it is an emergency when the temperature is dropping below freezing! Chaparral Cortez Gas has a unconcerned uncaring attitude for their customers!
