Super nice people filled my 2 20lb tanks. Here you pay by the Gallon so top off. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly Reccomended for RVs needing to top off there propane tanks. Thank you.
This company has given stellar customer service, extremely fair pricing and prompt delivery of my propane. They are honest and forthright. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism with which they have provided service. I'd recommend Cortez Gas to anyone.
This company is an absolute joke, they have the rudest customer service, and the attitude goes all the way up the top to the main boss in Roswell Gary Harrell. They change their policies and procedures without notifying the customers and expect you to read their minds. Never have I ever dealt with a company that has no respect or care for customers. If I could put 0 stars I would, you would be crazy to go with this company.
I stopped here on a cross country road trip to refill the propane tank on my travel trailer. I had trouble removing the tank, and when I told them about it, the man came out and removed it for me! Very friendly, helpful, and affordable. Will stop here again if I am in the area.
Heard nothing but great things about this company so my husband went in to set up a new account. We waited 3 days for someone to set up a time to test the lines and we never recieved a call. We would call daily asking for a status update and all we got was , "Someone will call you back." if they were too busy they should have just let us know. Thankfully we found a company who came out that day and filled our tank!!
