When the fill the smaller it's quick in and out. But customer service lacks all the way around. They seem to be inconvenienced to go outside and fill the smaller tanks when most of them are certified when the drivers are out refilling the larger tanks at customer hones with the trucks
Amazing people! I've been several times and not once have I not been greeted with a genuine, enthusiastic smile. The employees are all very well trained and I find their attention to detail to be impeccable. As a consumer, I feel safe knowing that they are making sure I will be leaving with the best product at the highest of safety standards. If you can get your gas somewhere else do it. The only thing good about this company is the owner Leeland. The office manager Leslie is very rude, horrible customer service. In all of my years of working with utility companies, I have never been treated so rudely. She will literally hang up on you if you even ask a simple question she does not like. Rude customer service!! My husband called to have our tank filled and had asked if we could pay extra to have it delivered early as our tank was running low. (This was our first time having to use propane so we didn't know when exactly to call them to get it filled). Whoever the lady was who spoke to my husband was so rude. She literally cussed out my husband because we let our tank get low, he tried to inform her that we had never had to use propane and we weren't sure when to get it filled and she said it wasn't her proble... read more
