When the fill the smaller it's quick in and out. But customer service lacks all the way around. They seem to be inconvenienced to go outside and fill the smaller tanks when most of them are certified when the drivers are out refilling the larger tanks at customer hones with the trucks
Amazing people! I've been several times and not once have I not been greeted with a genuine, enthusiastic smile. The employees are all very well trained and I find their attention to detail to be impeccable. As a consumer, I feel safe knowing that they are making sure I will be leaving with the best product at the highest of safety standards. If you can get your gas somewhere else do it. The only thing good about this company is the owner Leeland. The office manager Leslie is very rude, horrible customer service. In all of my years of working with utility companies, I have never been treated so rudely. She will literally hang up on you if you even ask a simple question she does not like. Needed one bottle filled and wanted to buy 2 new bottles and have them filled. Colleen waited on me and was all smiles even though she was busy. She said she only had one new bottle that was filled and that it would take 45 minutes to purge and fill a second. She asked if I could come back in 45 minutes, I said sure and came back in 20 minutes ready to wait 25 more minutes. She had just finished filling the bottle and said I was ready to go.
