I went in feeling nervous about my teeth and from the moment I walked in they talked me through everything they were doing. We're very kind . I loved how the gentleman was cleaning everything right after I was done. The dentist 🦷 came in talked about a plan for my teeth and scheduled me in. I definitely recommend this location for anyone. The front desk was amazing, smiles everywhere and very accommodating. The office was very clean and employees seemed to love their job smiling and laughing. A very different vibe since it’s been Cortland Dental. I will be back and probably bringing the family back again. Great experience.
They got me in the same day for an emergency extraction, I couldn't be happier. I didn't feel the needle at all and he was quick. Best dental experience I've ever had! The dental assistant was really nice and down to earth I didn't feel judged, highly recommend!
Schedule online appts for a certain time and got a confirmation for a different time. Spent a long time just waiting for cleabing to start. Even got an email while waiting for treatment that the next 6 month appointment was scheduled for a date and time that was never discussed. Need to find my kids a better dentist.
I’ve been to different dentists before and don’t go back because I’m not comfortable because they caused a lot of pain and I can honestly say that I have never once been in there and left with pain or walked in with pain. The staff has been awesome, respectful, considerate, informative. I just wanna let you guys know that I appreciate. Being treated with respect .
