Absolutely terrible experience. My children's appointment was at 10:00 a.m. We arrived early, checked in, and weren't called back until 11:45. No one told us there would be such a long wait, and this happens every time we come here. When I asked why we weren't informed, the staff had nothing but attitudes instead of taking responsibility or apologizing. They clearly have no respect for their patients' time. They make appts to far apart. Appt was for a cavity in front tooth. Got to appt and said a cleaning made appt almost 2 months out. Got there said sry appt made for deep cleaning 1st, this regular cleaning wanted to make it 3 months out. Was told to go to BCC which was done. They were great. Since tooth had gotten worse broke more. Did make appt with them for clean & the tooth. With 100% intention of being a no show. They are horrible. Due to my insurance all of my children go to the same location. Three out of four my children needed braces. We've been in the care of this location for about 7 years now ranging from my eldest child to my youngest. We didn't seek out a different doctor since the same doctor started the process for my family. But the location is obviously understaffed, waiting at least a half hour in the waiting room, and then another half hour in the room itself. The appointment for my children was scheduled at 10am. At 10:45, we inquired as to when they would be seen and were met with unprofessionalism. At 11:30, we inquired as to how much longer the wait would be, and were told they were understaffed. They were seen an hour and 45 minutes late, but that’s not the reason we won’t be back. We won’t be back because of how rude the staff was. It was far beyond justifiable workplace stress and truly appalling.
