I have never in my life wrote a review on a business but I am furious. They have no consideration for their clients. My children have NEVER been seen on time at this office. Our last visit will be our last visit to this office. After a 35 minute wait. We walked in and I was told to put my 1 year old and my 3 year old in separate seats across from each other. My daughter had a recent visit at this office for a cleaning and braces consultation. Just as an FYI my daughter has also had a previous braces consultation at this same location a few years back and we were told at that time before we could move forward with the treatment plan, she had to lose her baby teeth first. - fast forward a few years ago and she has lost her baby teeth and we are ready to move forward with the braces treatment plan. Had to wait for 1 hour. Once in the chair they did not make my children feel comfortable for their first time at this practice. We are going back to give them the benefit of the doubt
Service was terrible, they were low staffed an had awful attitude. I've seen drastic decline in the quality of the care an customer service. We have been going there since it was called Kool smiles. An I have to say today's experience was by far the worst for me an my son. He left crying I left angry.
I had a terrible time at my daughter’s appointment waiting almost 2 hours to be seen for a cleaning. Schedule for 10am was taken in the room at 1145am . There reasoning was being short staffed. Unacceptable in every way. Unprofessional.
