Overall CC is not a bad place to get good quality parts to restore your Corvette. My only issue is the communication from the customer service and false information on the website. On two separate occasions, I ordered parts that were listed as IN STOCK on the website only to receive the parts a month or more later. On the second order, I trusted the website was correct and disassembled my door panels in preparation for the parts to arrive in a couple of weeks. I had already signed up for a big car show a month and a half bef... read more

Never a problem with Corvette Central to date. Stuff goes on back order... senseless to blame the store for factory supplement

order from here if you don't need the part and once after an extended period of time it may arrive, the replacement period has expired and will not be replaced nor a refund given.

The worst customer service ever! Ordered an item took 2 months to get it. I purchaced a replacement in the interm and immediately returned the item then herd nothing I called to find the status of the refund and they told me it was damaged in return shipping and would be unable to refund me.

We apologize for the delay regarding your item. At any time if you are unable to wait you can cancel your order and we will not process the order. We do not cancel unless you request it. Unfortunately, this item was received back damaged, if we are not the shipper we do not have the authorization to file a claim and get a refund only the shipper can do that. First and likely last experience... Ordered a $275.00 car cover for my C4 on the 13th of May, called this past Monday, June 1st to find out where it was? Customer service had no answer, called today, June 7, customer service still has no answer... So I canceled the order... 7 to 10 day to credit my card... wow this place sucks! 4 weeks + for delivery just isn’t cool... 7 to 10 day to credit my card, even more uncool... Amazon would have been a much better choice.
