I had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and my appointment started right on time. The hygienist was very thorough yet gentle during the cleaning, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, including the causes of the recurring stains I was concerned about. This was my first time in a dentist chair for proactive treatment since I’ve been an adult. I’ve had teeth pulled, but in my active addiction and alcoholism I did not take very good care of myself. The staff is friendly & good at making patients feel at ease. I found the dental experience was very efficient and quick and not as painful as I had anticipated. .( I didn't receive the aftercare paperwork after the experience however!) An overall good dental experience.
First time patient and I am oh so impressed. The staff here, from the front desk to the clinic, are so overwhelmingly friendly and make you feel comfortable. Dr Greaves is amazing! Thanks to the whole office for making my first appointment pleasant!!
