Billing is inconsistent and underhanded. Sometimes just the copay, other times mystery charges show up later for the same procedures - billing codes seem to change visit to visit for the same services rendered. Always small amounts so they know you won't fight it. They also call at 6AM about bills they never bothered to mail. Phone line is unhelpful when you try to get answers about anything. Go elsewhere if you don't want to get nickel and dimed for subpar service.

Visited here multiple times for a condition over a period of 6 months and was increasingly concerned by the quality of care. Ultimately saw another provider and wish I'd done so far sooner.

I had my appointment with Dr. Lowenstein for Deep Fx CO2 laser treatment of acne scarring. In his bedside manner, Dr. Lowenstein was extremely kind, gracious with his time in answering my questions, and able to explain my treatment options very clearly so that I could make the best decision for me. He also performed excellent work on my areas of scarring (largely bilateral cheeks) which resulted in a favorable cosmetic outcome. I tried the new EMSculpt at Cosmetic & Laser Surgery Institute with great results. This equipment provides the equivalent of something like 20,000 abdominal crunches, increases core strength and takes inches off your abdomen and waist, with you not having to doing anything for the 25 minutes per session. All the workouts in the world would not have produced these results. Dr. Parnell and her nurses and staff are absolutely fabulous. I had a really wonderful experience coming to this office. They all have great energy and Dr. Parnell was wise, open, and connecting. I had some injections and laser done for some scarring as well as treatment for a cyst. I cannot say enough about the doctor and the team she has. Six weeks ago I had Laser Re-surfacing with Dr. Parnell. She has an excellent reputation in the community and many people know of her expertise. First I went for a consultation. She provided options and felt that a full laser re-surfacing would provide the best long-term results for me. Dr. Parnell is my favorite doctor for anything to do with my face. She does the BEST laser work. She owns the machines and utilizes all the latest technology in skin care. I would never go to a plastic surgeon for laser, they don't have enough experience or training. Plastic surgeons usually just rent the machines for the procedures. I want a doctor that feels invested enough with the procedure to actually have the machine in their office full time. I have seen a lot of laser. When I first went to this office I thought Diana Parnell was very thorough, but then I went to have a large lipoma removed from my back. She cut it open and worked on it and then sewed it up never mentioning that she left half of it inside. When I looked in a mirror when I got home I saw half was still in there. I'm surprised to hear the bad reviews for this place. I have been going for years and have always been beyond happy. My husband actually recommended Dr. Parnell to me because he had seen her as a teenager and said she was the best doctor he had ever encountered - competent and with a wonderful bedside manner. I had the same experience - both for a rash years ago and more recently for cosmetic services. I love the staff, who are all competent and friendly.
