This is 5-star review for Cost Less Heating and cooling Company. Our Carrier AC stop working last week, so last weekend we called a few companies for repair. However, we decided to use this Company because Sal (owner)was very polite, knowledgeable and let us know what should be done over the phone. He came on Tuesday at 8:15 am, diagnosed problem very quickly, explained to us what kind of issue we have with our AC, had the part in his car and resolved issue in 15 minutes. Bravo! Abraham came instead of the owner who communicated with me. Abraham is so young that I worried if he had enough experience. Within 5 minutes he identified the issue. Within 10 minutes, he fixed the problems. It was the capacitor. Turned out he's like in his 30s and been doing this for 6 years. After he fixed the problems, he took time to check the temperature to make sure it's cold enough. I was pretty happy with his thoroughness. Value is hard to say, normally a capacitor cost $150-$400. My mother in law’s AC stopped running during the worst of the recent heat wave. Her house was hitting 90 degrees inside! We worked with Sal before to get her furnace replaced in the past and decided to call him again for the AC. Despite his busy schedule, he managed to squeeze us in and arrived within the promised appointment window. Reasonable price. Knowledgeable and polite technician helped to recharge my AC and fixed a burnt wire at the circuit of my AC. Much better than the company that did my original installation and maintenance. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer for maintenance and new installation in the future.
Cost less Heating & Air Conditioning performed admirably installing a split AC unit for my condominium. Installation was quick and efficient. The install team was courteous and respectful of my home, keeping it clean and tidy as they went. The cost was well within my budget and less than I thought I’d spend.
