Fast and efficient about getting us a quote and what needed to happened to changed our AC unit. Transparent about pricing and fees. Easy to communicate and work with. Got our AC changed and installed in half a day (ours was leaking freon like there's no tomorrow). Professional and respectful, was smooth and hassle/pain free to work with. One of those rare gems where the owner is personable and knowledgeable, and the workers are respectful and thorough. Cannot recommend enough 👌🏻.
During a summer heatwave, the outside unit of our central AC stopped spinning even though the system was blowing air. I tried to call several companies and this was the only one that could send out someone on short notice. The technician found two issues with our central AC. It appeared the outside unit was leaking refrigerant which he refilled. CostLess was a great find for me. I've used them a few times now and have always had a great experience. This time they were able to diagnose my Nest Thermometer error as a wire issue from my furnace to my A/C. I was told it was a 2 man job and since only 1 guy came out, they would reschedule for another day. I asked if there was anyway they could get it done today, the guy called the boss and they were able to round up more help and completed the job in an hour. Great work!!
Our air conditioning unit suddenly stopped producing cold air. Other companies had no availability for more than a week and service calls fees were high (with no clarity on how those service call fees would be factored into repair costs). CostLess Heating & Cooling replied promptly, came out the next day and fixed the A/C right away. The overall cost was reasonable given the repair required, and we were so grateful for the quick repair given the A/C is used a lot during these summer months.
What I am going to address here is why you should consider to contact this company and use their services. Sal, the owner, replied to my messages in no time, promptly called me and explained everything I like to know. No pushing. I have requested bids from four companies to replace our old, broken AC condenser and fire furnace.
