I have been going to this Costa (Embankment) since May 2023, and I cant say enough good things about the three baristas ((Rasal, Clamtaina, Jay)) here. They helped me with the Costa mobile app and have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. They know exactly how I like my coffee and prepare it perfectly every time / always on time, with my cup double-cupped and a tissue included, which shows great attention to detail. ive never left a bad review until now. wish i could give 0. i always pray in costas and have neverr had an issue until now. i asked respectfully and rasul was SO RUDE. literally no customer service. said no and swore repeatedly despite us saying we was just going to pray in the customer area. his colleague jay tried to involve himself but made it worse and when i asked for a manager, said no repeatedly???? what do you have to hide??? if someone asked to speak to my manager i would say okay because there is no issue? unless t... read more

Would give zero stars if I could. We had a terrible experience here. The two staff members showed absolutely no respect. From the moment we walked in, Rasul was rude and dismissive, without even listening to us. He told us to shut up and spoke to us in a loud, aggressive tone unnecessarily, just when we had asked him we’d be in the shop in a corner for two mins. The most disgusting service at a Costa, would give zero stars if possible. My friend wanted to pray in the Costa, mind you it’s not busy at all and only wanted to use a small corner. The staff are disgusting and rude, the Asian man rasul? was so rude and has no respect to us, kept shouting at us and swearing at us, we told them politely we just was gonna pray in the corner and we don’t mind paying for something, the other worker jay was disgusting too refusing the provide their managers name and were so unprofessional. Good coffee ☕️ and good price for being London. I find their chai better than other chains. They do not have a bathroom because it is near the station. Good place to sit for a coffee or tea.
