Decent Costa Coffee branch. Minute walk from Tottenham Court road. Nicely decorated and spotless at 9am. Self-serve machine added. Not convinced it's a great idea for coffee shops. You really want to talk to barista about coffee choice. Too many clicks to say you want something extra hot without too much milk... Pass. Nice balcony with extra seats.
Bad service. Asked for Butter pecan latte for drinking at the cafe and this was made thrice with cream when mentioned not to use cream. For in cafe drinking they were pouring in take away cup, they had to be reminded that we have order sit in. The cup was changed three times as well. Also the cake I took was not complete. Do not recommend this costa.
People come to enjoy good coffee not to see unhappy disconnected staff who seem to be unbothered. Coffee is ok just not that great and the staff make sure you don't like it because of the attitude. Smiling is free.
This Costa was lovely, and the drink I got too was delicious! At this location they had self order kiosks which I thought was cool, so you could customize your drink to however you like it, so this Costa was nice and I think made one of the best mochas that ive had yet, although homemade mochas are just as good!
Sunday morning good spot to have a fast breakfast. They could have made the place a bit more cosy but it was calm and staff was welcoming. A bit expensive for a coffee and a toast
