My beautiful dog and I make this costa one of our regular places, staff are so friendly and helpful even when busy
You need to stop prioritising online orders over the mammoth ques. It's bad enough you charge the earth for a coffee and still put the prices up and have staff who cant be arsed to do their job properly. Waiting half an hour for a shit coffee is absolutely ridiculous. You've lost my custom.
Went in Costa to collect s free cake on the Costa coffee app for my birthday. It was amazing! If you download Costa app on your phone they offer rewards and you receive a free Costa cake on your birthday.
Was slightly busy , customer services better compare to it was busy .
Had to send back hot drink as not hot enough, even though asked to be extra hot. We didn’t hear when asked to collect order over the noise. Communal toilet- not clean-toilet pan dirty, toilet tissue all over the floors. Staff should check on rotation and make sure the toilet is cleaned Table service of eating or drinking in-house
