Great Coffee and Atmosphere, but Can Get Busy I recently visited Costa Coffee at the Bullring, and overall, it was a great experience. The coffee was well-made, smooth, and at the perfect temperature. The staff were friendly and efficient, even during busy periods. The seating area was comfortable, making it a nice spot to take a break while shopping. However, it does get quite crowded, especially on weekends, so finding a seat can be a challenge. By locating Costa Coffee within Next, Costa is injected with a vibrancy that you won’t find in your standard store. It’s busy to boot. I wasn’t sure if this was because the staff were new, or just because they were laid back. Nothing wrong with the latter. Given my temperament I went elsewhere for a cup of Costa Coffee. Why did I choose Costa. Convenience. My usuals were closed and I had a free coffee coupon to use. Anyway, because of the queue size I foxtrot-ed Oscar to another Costa venue.

I cant have whole milk, barista poured with the same milk container, which i found strange. when i drank it i felt a reaction to my throat and i could tell that its whole milk not coconut, so i went back to politely ask him if he could remake it i only took few sips. He agreed but sarcastically showed me that hes using coconut milk and claimed he is doing the same thing as he did before. Funny thing is, i can taste the coconut milk now that he has made it correctly

I ordered 2 Large Plain hot chocolates and one coconut milk hot chocolate and they've given all 3 as whole milk! Lazy and very dangerous !! I went to ask for it to be changed and the staff tried to tell me he definatly did used it?? I had to go back and fourth for him to make it again. If I'm having a reaction to the whole milk CLEARLY it wasn't an alternative milk!!!!!!

I ordered hot chocolate which tastes so good and a cinnamon bun. The crew who took my order is nice and polite. When I finished my bun, I was just having a quiet time at the corner and my hot choco is almost finish, suddenly the lady held my tray and then she said that she's going to take it now. I haven't got a chance to respond because she's already holding my tray and my cup is not totally empty yet. To the crew here, please ask first if the customer is finished BEFORE holding the tray. I find it rude.
