Costa, right in the heart of Bristol, where the city never sleeps. The buzz of life surrounds you, yet inside you find the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sweetness of cakes that never disappoint. The staff welcome you with warmth, and there’s plenty of space to sit back and relax. For those who prefer the open air, inviting tables await outside.

I came here to today with my family and we all wanted to come into Costa have a drink and sit down the service was OK at the till but when we ordered our drinks and carry them on a tray it was very hard to find a table that was very clean to sit at and to enjoy our hot drinks that we ordered. Every table that we look at had lots of dirty trays and lots of dirty coffee cups . On every table and it was hard to find very clean one. A month ago, I ordered a mocha from this store, but they gave me a latte instead. When I pointed it out, the staff insisted it was a mocha. I drink mocha every day, so I know the difference. On top of that, they served it in a takeaway cup and told me they were closing soon , even though the shop still had almost an hour left before closing.
