I have visited on several occasions and it is always the same. The coffee is sometimes good and other times not as. The service itself is alright. However, the staff could be a little friendlier. What was shocking for me? The flies on top of the pastries...dear me! That isn't very safe. Is there a person that checks all this .. I never choose to sit in as the tables are always sticky and never seem to be wiped. I love Costa coffee, but this cafe, I won't be going again.
A delight! My coffee wasn't too hot, and was replaced with a smile. Another staff member opened the door for an elderly gentleman as he was leaving, and wished him a good day. It is refreshing a heartening to see this level of service. Well done Costa at Cabot Circus!
Oh dear, oh dear. What went wrong? This is supposed to he the nicest Costa out of the three in town. The Chai Latte I was served was hardly warm and the orange and raspberry cake I ordered was dry, aired out, very much likely been there for one day way too many. Absolutely shocking. On the upside, the atmosphere and design of this costa is beautiful and delightful, all Costa's should change their drab maroon colours in favour for this bright orange, walnut and light brown decore.
Love costa always..staff was friendly and smiley face.
Lots of seating, friendly staff, pleasant environment and clean toilets.
