I recently visited Costa Coffee and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The desserts I tried were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each bite tasted like it had been carefully made, and I appreciated the balance of sweetness. Odinn served the best sandwich and coffee ever. He was very pro active and grilled the sandwich just as I had requested for and made the coffee extra hot as I like. Exceptional customer service by Odinn. Kindly do patronise Costa Coffee, Cabot Circus, Bristol.

A delight! My coffee wasn't too hot, and was replaced with a smile. Another staff member opened the door for an elderly gentleman as he was leaving, and wished him a good day. It is refreshing a heartening to see this level of service. Well done Costa at Cabot Circus!

Oh dear, oh dear. What went wrong? This is supposed to he the nicest Costa out of the three in town. The Chai Latte I was served was hardly warm and the orange and raspberry cake I ordered was dry, aired out, very much likely been there for one day way too many. Absolutely shocking. On the upside, the atmosphere and design of this costa is beautiful and delightful, all Costa's should change their drab maroon colours in favour for this bright orange, walnut and light brown decore.
