Location! Location! Location! Everyone knows Costa. I recommend this one only for the location if you can find the table alongside the window. Stunning view of the College green, cathedral, city hall….especially under the rainy day or bad weather (too windy), it’s the best choice on the street. P.S.: cake and coffee taste average, money for rent the best seat is okay.
I ordered through the click and collect option via the app, walked straight into the restaurant and my order was ready at the collection point. A member of staff made sure I got my order, he was very polite, friendly and helpful. When ordering on the app it was easy to use and simple to understand. The only feedback I would give about the app is that it should have a comment section where customers can tell the member of staff any allergies that they may have. Fair price and espresso was good. I ordered for take away but there was a bit of confusion as I was there with a friend and we ended up getting drinks for in house instead, but we understood the confusion as it was quite busy in there. Cozy place and good location!
Disappointing Experience at Costa: Unacceptable Service, Untidy Environment and cigarette smoke in common areas. I was working in bristol and needed coffee each morning, unfortunately the male staff on let the service down. I ordered a latte and only recieved half a cup, my syrup shot was forgotten and the toasted sandwich wasnt even cooked properly or cut in half, it is such a shame
