Went there today & because I have the app on my phone I was given a free piece of cake for my birthday. I got a slice of salted caramel cake & a large hazelnut latte. The cake was delicious & a nice surprise for me , the hazelnut latte was also delicious, Toilets were clean & the service was excellent as usual at costa coffee Merrion Centre. It's a lovely little shop, with kind and helpful staff. I went a few days ago for a TGTG bag, which always has a good variety of food in it. Whilst there picking up the bag, me and my partner treated ourselves to a nice drink each. I had the Maple Hazel latte and my partner had a salted caramel frappe. My latte was very nice until you got to the bottom, which was very bitty. I assume it's the flakes added to the foam. Apart from that it was very nice. I live locally, so come to this branch fairly regularly. The hot food and drinks are always prepared very well, and there is always a nice atmosphere for socialising and study. I don't usually review places, but I felt the need to compliment all the staff at this branch for their excellent customer service and friendly demeanours. All the staff here have always made me feel very welcome, and the customer service industry isn't always easy. So keep up the good work, everyone!😊
We know Christmas is approaching when Costa is releasing festive hot chocolate drinks! This store serves fantastic beverages. Service was attentive, and the staff was courteous. If you need somewhere to sit and have a conversation with your peers. Then, this is the perfect location.
Rude staff ac on full strong enough to make the lights swing. Coffee cold toast not toasted.
