The drinks were satisfactory, the cakes were reasonable. I however asked for extra hot drinks but they were at best warm. The seating areas were dark and grubby and the area needs a revamp and/ or spruce up. However I have to say that the male toilets were absolutely spotless and gleaming, the young man from behind the counter who did them was extremely pleasant. If the rest of the cafe followed this standard it would be 5 all ways round.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Jade at Costa Coffee for her outstanding service this morning. She was so helpful, kind, polite, and attentive while serving myself and my two children. She went above and beyond to make sure our order was exactly right, especially for my little boy — and he said he’d give her 10 stars if he could! It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Jade truly made our visit feel special. Thank you, Jade! I hope you get to read this 🫶🏼

Best service I've ever had at a coffee shop. Wish I'd gotten the name of the gentleman who served us. Anyway, great drinks and a good atmosphere. Plenty of seats and plenty warm too. Drinks were made in a timely manner and tasted great. Nothing to complain about. Good experience all round.

I usually go to Costa coffee in every city I visit. But this branch is very special because of the 2 ladies working there in the morning. Absolutely brilliant service, they give a very friendly and lovely vibe to the atmosphere. they also seem to recognise the regular customers and greet them with warmth.

A standard chain of cafe. There is a wide selection of food and drinks to choose from at a decent price. Service is not super efficient here and it is not worth visiting if you are in a rush.
