This has got to be the filthiest Costa I have ever been in. Only two members of staff on shift and most of the tables had trays left on there with dirty cups/plates. Most of the seats had stains on them or rips. The floor was filthy. Really run down Costa. Definitely won’t be coming back here and spending my money.
Visited this Costa Coffee shop this morning. The woman that served us was very rude and very erupt When we were querying the toasty and drink deal. Talent us, it's only an hourly wage. She does, and it is obviously in terms of conditions when the transaction was completed the rubenness continued. I'm refused to give receipt
Called in for coffee as this was the nearest Costa coffee to the garage to which I had dropped my car off. So glad we did! From entering the door I noticed the cleanliness of this coffee establishment. It was 9am on Saturday so there were only a few tables taken at that point, we were able to get a nice table with sofa tucked away at the bottom of the coffee shop. I usually enjoy coming to this costa coffee but I came today with some friends and the girl who was serving us came across quite rude, she stated they were closing at 6. Which we all said was fine ( this was about 40 mins before them closing). As a barista myself I just felt the way they came across was quite rude. I understand people are tired but customer service should be more important and we all felt quite uncomfortable with how we were made to feel.
Sadly one of the very limited options for food/drink at Crown Point retail park. Service and coffee are fine by chain coffee shop standards but the seating areas are extremely shabby, dirty and literally held together with duct tape. Shame on the owners given the prices they charge!
