Absolutely love the place . Today had another opportunity to collect a Surprise bag . I bought it via Too Good to Go app . Just wanted to save tea time cooking really. Bought double espresso and puppichino. Shop is OAP and pet friendly . They offer treats for their fury customers . Lady in front of me ordered a treat for her poodle girl. Staff is very friendly, cheerful , patient with special customers . Go miles and beyond to provide excellent customer experience . This is my favourite coffee shop in Highcross. MK (Mike) and Arman are big softies and absolute gems. I come here often, and they consistently make the space feel welcoming and human. Small gestures, genuine warmth, it matters more than people realise. I even made a little drawing with leftover mocha as a thank you. That’s how much they brighten my day.

Been there almose 10 times myself and crew has never been nice and rather showing a don't care attitude towards the customers and the last time I went there i saw clear case of discrimination among customers. The staff was treating the native customers better than the immigrants. I specifically told the crew that I'm eating in and asked for glass cup for my drink and the crew informed me that their dishwasher was complaint and can only serve in paper cups. I was very disappointed by the way people are being treated at this cafe. I could literally see partiality among customers. The native customers were being treated way better than immigrant customers. I could see that the natives were served in glass and others were served in paper cups the same drink. The cleaning staff must have been sleeping there because I could see empty tables filled with cups and wraps of food. Busy store, desperately needed more staff both behind the counter and clearing tables. Queue reached the entrance and staff were working from both tills but needed someone making the coffee instead of them taking the order and then making it. So many people dropping cups and glasses trying to put trays into the trolley to clear a table to sit at. Coffee was good but didn't have the heart to order toast.
