Absolutely love the place . Today had another opportunity to collect a Surprise bag . I bought it via Too Good to Go app . Just wanted to save tea time cooking really. Bought double espresso and puppichino. Shop is OAP and pet friendly . They offer treats for their fury customers . Lady in front of me ordered a treat for her poodle girl. Staff is very friendly, cheerful , patient with special customers . Go miles and beyond to provide excellent customer experience . This is my favourite coffee shop in Highcross. Dirty tables, staff kept talking to themselves. Talked over me when I was ordering to talk to another member of staff, no apology. Every time I tried ordering something else, the guy serving me kept trying to get me to pay before I'd finished ordering. Got someone else's drink wrong. Didn't even cut the food properly. Service was dire. They kept mumbling, no effort or customer service at all.

Busy store, desperately needed more staff both behind the counter and clearing tables. Queue reached the entrance and staff were working from both tills but needed someone making the coffee instead of them taking the order and then making it. So many people dropping cups and glasses trying to put trays into the trolley to clear a table to sit at. Coffee was good but didn't have the heart to order toast.

A staff member by the name of Armaan seems to have an obsession with staring at peoples wives and daughters. He made them feel very uncomfortable. Not the first time they have experienced this when he is working there. I will file further complaints if i feel the need to because he probably has done this to other women too.

Very friendly staff with a good service, visited this place with family and it was good experience we had at this coffee shop
