MK (Mike) and Arman are big softies and absolute gems. I come here often, and they consistently make the space feel welcoming and human. Small gestures, genuine warmth, it matters more than people realise. I even made a little drawing with leftover mocha as a thank you. That’s how much they brighten my day.
Been there almose 10 times myself and crew has never been nice and rather showing a don't care attitude towards the customers and the last time I went there i saw clear case of discrimination among customers. The staff was treating the native customers better than the immigrants. I specifically told the crew that I'm eating in and asked for glass cup for my drink and the crew informed me that their dishwasher was complaint and can only serve in paper cups. Busy store, desperately needed more staff both behind the counter and clearing tables. Queue reached the entrance and staff were working from both tills but needed someone making the coffee instead of them taking the order and then making it. So many people dropping cups and glasses trying to put trays into the trolley to clear a table to sit at. Coffee was good but didn't have the heart to order toast.
We came for a break after long shopping day and we are exhausted The environment of Costa made us relaxing and also all friendly staff name Lavinia and Mahek are very fans taking extra care of our order Also they were supportive in bringing food to table and really appreciate their service Keep it up⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
