MK (Mike) and Arman are big softies and absolute gems. I come here often, and they consistently make the space feel welcoming and human. Small gestures, genuine warmth, it matters more than people realise. I even made a little drawing with leftover mocha as a thank you. That’s how much they brighten my day. Thank you to the batista with glasses, name started with a Z. I visited with my baby and couldn't see any highchairs but he went and fetched one to bring it to my table. After ordering he also insisted I take a seat as he would bring it over to me. Unlike other cafes, he actually put my hot drink down on the other side of the table (out of reaching distance of my child). Absolutely love the place . Today had another opportunity to collect a Surprise bag . I bought it via Too Good to Go app . Just wanted to save tea time cooking really. Bought double espresso and puppichino. Shop is OAP and pet friendly . They offer treats for their fury customers . Lady in front of me ordered a treat for her poodle girl. I visited Costa Coffee in Highcross today for a pot of tea while I watched EastEnders on my headphones and got some work done. It was a nice, relaxed place to spend some time. The seating area was comfortable, although there wasn't a huge amount of seating available. Overall, I had a pleasant visit and enjoyed the atmosphere.
