When we visit after 6pm, the place is often empty. The young guy that serves is always friendly and helpful. My main issue with this branch is that, usually when the other female staff are working, they clean the toilets 30 minutes to an hour before closing, put a table in front of the door, and tell you to use the toilets in Tesco. You are selling drinks that make people need to use the toilet, this is stupid behaviour and is making us not want to keep coming here. Staff are Great, they work really hard, ques are suffocating for them at times but they are cheerful and determined. Victims of their own success, some of the drinks are time consuming to make so dosn't help their cause when people have a shipping order 😔. Can get a bit noisy as with most Costa's but think that's more due to the design of the building. Menu has something for everyone, good place to meet for a catch-up a Drink and eats 🥳. Go there most weeks.

Smaller coffee shop at St George's, but warm, cosy friendly atmosphere. Chatty friendly staff and didn't feel rushed to leave or give up my seat. Was able to take a breather and read my book
Just visited the Beaumont leys coffee shop and had to write a review. The staff are amazing, the two people in duty today were so friendly and helpful. Showing me how to use my app and making sure I got just what I wanted. I can't recommend them highly enough
