Really awful, worst Costa have ever been to. Dreadful service, managers and staff are quite rude and have no idea about customer service. Dark and dingy. There always seems to be some issue, often they don't have takeaway cups, no internet for months or heating / water off. Costa at the top of Market St is way better. I would shut this one down to be fair. It's not fit to carry the Costa brand. Quick update peeps. This still appears to be one of the lowest performing Costa restaurants out there. Popped in today, and lovely coffee. The security man was so nice and welcoming. English guy, shaved head and tattoo on left arm, so nice.

Terrible experience at Costa! The security guard was very rude, disrespectful, and treated customers badly. It was honestly shocking behavior. On top of that, there was no Wi-Fi available, and the whole team had a bad attitude easily the worst service I have ever seen in my life. Definitely not coming back!

Always loved visiting this branch. Staff friendly and willing to talk about the coffee etc. Although it is located on Market Street, there is plenty of seating. I think it can get busy between here and the other Costa located near to Primark. The seating area is clean, well lit and fresh looking. Comfortable seating so definitely consider sitting down. Enjoy!
