I don’t visit this Costa branch very often, but I really liked it. The coffee is tasty, especially the flat white, which I enjoy. The lemon cake is delicious. The staff are friendly and polite, and the service is smooth. The place feels comfortable for relaxing or having a quick break.
I absolutely love Costa Coffee! Their hot chocolate is my all-time favourite — rich, creamy, and perfectly comforting. The atmosphere is always cozy and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly and polite. It’s my go-to spot whenever I want to relax or catch up with friends. Definitely my first choice every time! ☕💛
The Sweet and Velvety Spanish Latte might be even more enjoyable with a touch more condensed milk, though it was quite pleasant otherwise. The strawberry vanilla cake was delicious.
The server flat-out refused to make a cold chocolate for the child, saying they “just don’t do it,” but the issue was more how it was said. The response wasn’t very kind or accommodating. It’s a shame because the environment is lovely and cozy, but a bit of warmth from the staff goes a long way. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning due to the lack of flexibility and friendliness.
Great location on Market Street—perfect for relaxing with a coffee while shopping. Ideal spot for couples: one can enjoy Costa while the other shops. Nice atmosphere and good coffee!
