I had a very disappointing experience at this café. After placing my order, the staff made my drink but didn’t bother to let me know it was ready—they just left it there without saying a word. What’s worse, it felt like I was being treated differently because of my race. The staff showed no respect or basic courtesy. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values decent service and equality.
Staff were excellent Paige, the young girl this morning was especially attentive towards me and my family the drinks were fast and to great standard I will definitely be coming again highly recommend
Well I never post any reviews but today I had to as the staff really needs a good training and much more training to the store manager first. I had my latte redone twice! Every employee knows that if someone asks for cream on top then till what line you should fill up the drink. There's no point in saying a wet drink because that guy clearly did not get it. The Asian girl on the till is rude. I am not sure what her name is but I did a good amount of order and she was soo rude that I would never recommend my friends and family this specific branch. The coffee is as obvious always good but the service is not up to the mark. I have also worked at a barist but never treated anyone like this. Sorry to say but trying training them some communication skills and stop racism. Good Luck 😊
First time visiting this branch in Portland Street. Very spacious, busy but clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. I went to claim my birthday treat which was Lemon and Blueberry Ripple cake to takeout. It was delicious and the sweetness was perfect. Thank you for the birthday treat. Will visit again shortly for a proper tea break.
