completely messed up my order on uber eats. cant claim a refund. i asked for 2 bean cheese toasties got 1 HAM & CHEESE when i cannot eat ham. an absolute joke

It is a clean and spacious caffe. The price is descent, similar to the other caffe. There are various menu, including breads, cookies, cakes, and soft drinks. The staffs are nice and lovely.

The staff at the counter are really nice and friendly, but there’s something that keeps bothering me whenever I come here. The team seem to start their cleaning rounds really early, sometimes over an hour before closing time. It’s common for them to be sweeping and washing the floor very close to customers who are still sitting down. It’s really distracting – especially the smell of the cleaning chemicals! Really kind and friendly staff! Super helpful when I had dropped a drink and burnt myself; I'm autistic and so became easily overwhelmed but the staff were lovely and really understanding! Replaced my item with no problem too :)

This Costa had the best selection of cakes that I've seen! There was some really interesting cakes for the Jubilee. Service was really quick and the food and drinks were really tasty. I had a Peach ice tea which was very refreshing. There's a single customer toilet at the back. The seating area was clean and tidy.
