I often come here to enjoy my coffee or breakfast! It's especially great to be with my dog and give her a cup of cream; it keeps us in a good mood all day long! The staff are so friendly and efficient! I absolutely love this cafe!
Staff here on a whole are very poor to say the least. I get that's just a me problem and must say although some of the staff are the reason I don't go in, Tanya and Lisa are absolutely amazing and always were same goes for Donna. But theres others who just do not understand me at all and I find it shocking and therefore not a nice place for me to sit. Why can't everybody be like the girls in Sunderland and actually have some respect
Dirty floor tables and chairs. Staff super unfriendly behind the counter. Peach iced tea in glasses with no ice - had to go back and ask to have ice shoved in the glass and handed back to me without a word- they need a stronger lead and more respect for their customers and where they work. You would have to be super thirsty to stop here when there are so MANY better coffee shops
My favourite Costa branch. The staff are friendly and the café is always pleasantly quiet and clean. The drinks are always delicious and very convenient, since it’s in the bus station and right next to the shops.
