Popped in for afternoon coffee and food. Was served straightaway by Hannah. When she realised we were going to sit upstairs, she said "Go on up, I'll bring your order up". Hannah brought order up promptly. Coffee and food was hot. Hannah was friendly and polite. We'll done!!

I got served by a lady the minute I was placing the order how long will take? My bus is coming. She said that’s not her problem ok, I get it it’s wasn’t her problem. I ordered two drinks mango frappe and vanilla latte two crossanrs. It’s very clear with two drinks to take away I would need bag, people come for their breakfast so that they can eat well she prepared drinks I told her my bus is here but there were no lids to cover my drink mango frappe nor I was offered bag. Nice coffee, but I had been standing at the front of the queue / tills for about three minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Servers were kind and helpful once they took my order though! Just a bit busy…

Popped in today for a sweet treat and had the absolute pleasure to be served by the kindest person! So sorry I did not catch your name but I hope you get some recognition it was 17th April at around 3:45pm amazing customer service and very genuine :)
