Came in at a hectic period in the evening on a weekend, however the staff kept their cool and still remained very friendly and accommodating. Given the amount of customers coming in, cleaning and clearing up used cups and plates was left on the back burner, which wasn’t great for cleanliness.

I like the costa in Mapperley but this place is gross. The toilets are disgusting and they stink. The one downstairs where they used to store all the mugs etc while people are doing their business. Gross! The staff aren’t very friendly anymore, borderline rude, stare at you like you’re a pos while looking unclean themselves and the coffee sucks. I had the same ice cappuccino here that I did yesterday in Mapperley and it was terrible in comparison, like night and day. I couldn’t even drink it. Place is a shambles unfortunatel... read more

This Costa Coffee in Nottingham on Friar Lane, is much the same as many other Costa Coffee shops - good service - a few tables with previous customers cups etc on them.... Was later cleared up though by other staff member .... I always prefer their coffee over "Starbucks".... 👌👌 I had a smoked bacon cob & skinny caramel latte.....
