Staff friendly, got the long queue down quickly. Toilets are in serious need of a refurb though. Toilet handle almost falling off, to the point where you feel uncomfortable flushing it in case you break it off completely! Toilet roll dispenser has no front cover either, so paper was all over the floor getting wet... this was in the disabled toilet too which is even more concerning.

Ordered latte, assuming it would be given in a standard cup, got it in the tall glasses. Colour looked too milky and the glass was hard to balance and keep holding whilst putting indentations in figures,making the experience poor and painful.

absolutely terrible service. went to collect my click and collect order and one of the baristas rolled her eyes at me, and i was then asked to join the back of the queue (about 8-10 people long) despite the fact that i’d ordered and paid 20 minutes ago. i get that places like this get busy over the festive period but this is just down to a lack of time management and rude staff. 2 stars as the hot chocolate was nice, when i finally received it

Lovely flat white tray went straight into my heart. Made perfect 👌 for my birthday didn't get her name but she has hand for coffee making

Admittedly it was busy. However, the staff member was already serving and making the coffee and asking what I wanted with her back to me. I couldn't hear her, I had to ask again. When I placed my order I gave her my Costa points card. I was told to re register it. I had used it the day before with out any issue. A very rushed hardly any please or thank-you from.the staff.
