Lovely flat white tray went straight into my heart. Made perfect 👌 for my birthday didn't get her name but she has hand for coffee making
Admittedly it was busy. However, the staff member was already serving and making the coffee and asking what I wanted with her back to me. I couldn't hear her, I had to ask again. When I placed my order I gave her my Costa points card. I was told to re register it. I had used it the day before with out any issue. A very rushed hardly any please or thank-you from.the staff.
We caled in for a coffe and snack but found that the chiller had broken. We asked the lady behind the counter if there was any food available and she was so helpful. She let us know what food was available and was a very pleasant person. A credit to Costa. 😀
Had a lovely experience at Costa in Vic Centre today. Batista called Chris (I think) was lovely, polite and made me smile. I was having a bad day but she made it just that little better with her customer service.
Adam is so friendly and accommodating with mine and my girlfriend order more then happy to help me and the two girls were a pleasure to talk too would definitely come again
