Sad I need to post this but hygiene is very important. I visited the Armada Way Costa this morning and purchased a couple of coffees. The young man doing the coffees obviously had a cold and was wiping his nose with his arm and hand as he was making the coffees, handling utensils, milk cartons and the cup handles. I actually saw a large dripping bogey that was hanging out of his nose which he sniffed back up and then wiped his nose with his hand and rubbed it in his apron. Really impressed with lunch today. Ordered a toastie, an orange chocolate muffin and a salted caramel latte all for £11 and some change. Bargain price, great food/coffee and excellent customer service. Really appreciate the positive experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

For a quick coffee grab and go it's ideal, but if you wanna chill with a hot coffee this isnt the place. Service was okay, order was done quickly but it's very loud and noisy.

YIKES!! Now Coca-Cola has taken over Costa, it’s turning our cafes into Americanised McDonalds🙄. Pink walls, tiny tables, self ordering and to top it all, the coffee was the worst I’ve had out of any Costa! If this is the way it’s going - I won’t be going into any Costas again! Ps. Wouldn’t surprise me if they aren’t paying their fair share of tax either! 🤢🙄🫠
