Great atmosphere but shocking food, the croissant was at least one day old, cold and hard that i had to ask to warm up. The hot chocolates were tasteless! The gentleman who took the order did not even smile or say Good morning back to me!! Really rude. Wont go back again

Friendly greeting greeted me on my arrival, I needed my morning coffee, my cappuccino was expertly put together with care, I used my reusable cup, you get double points on the app and being kind to our planet. All areas are clean and tidy and table are cleared quickly. Location is within beautiful historic building

I love this Costa Coffee Shop. Well situated for the Peace Gardens, Winter Gardens, Millenium Galleries, and Theatres. I'm a regular customer and enjoy the coffee and the good selection of scrummy cakes and snacks. But what makes this is the hardworking team of friendly Baristas.

Me and my friend had a fabulous experience at this shop, with a very spacious inside area that is comfortable! I enjoyed my Americano and it is a plus that they don't have a protective screen at the till, also cleanliness had been maintained.

Very rude service, would not visit again. I was patronised and talked down to for having a look at the travel mugs I was going to buy. If I am going to buy something I don’t care if you think they are “all the same” when they clearly are not. People can’t even shop in peace these days lol.
