I just wanted to give a special mention to Aaron, Millie and Arthur at Costa Coffee on The Moor. Every time I visit, the service from these three is absolutely exceptional. Hope the area manager looks after these guys. They are always friendly, welcoming, professional and genuinely attentive, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Their consistently excellent customer service makes such a difference and is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming back. Service is absolutely diabolical at this certain Costa Coffee Shop. The animosity towards customers is not good at this certain coffee shop. You can feel how the staff shun customers at the checkout. It’s not a 5 star coffee or coffee shop by any means but at least be kind to customers and get my coffee right for once. The staff need retraining in manners and how to conduct themselves and most importantly how to make a simple coffee.

I picked up a sandwich from the shelf, and the price tag said it was vegan. I realized it wasn't vegan until I started eating it. That's why it's so important to properly label your food. I should have looked at the ingredients, and that was my mistake, but is it really that hard to label it correctly or remove it if the product is out of stock?

不要来这家店，服务员行为恶劣公然抢夺顾客咖啡作乐 "– Avoid this store" Managerial problems of Big Companies I would say. Very interesting store in the UK you would never see. Just take what is in the offer and don‘t ask for anything else, where giving a friendly smile might be twisted as being offensive. Kids are naughty and throw a tantrum in which you have to say “there, there, it‘s okay”, which is apparently not what happens when you order drinks at the counter. I'm a regular at this particular Costa because the staff are kind and approachable. The drinks are often done perfectly.
