I picked up a sandwich from the shelf, and the price tag said it was vegan. I realized it wasn't vegan until I started eating it. That's why it's so important to properly label your food. I should have looked at the ingredients, and that was my mistake, but is it really that hard to label it correctly or remove it if the product is out of stock?

Time: 13:00 - 13:30pm. Date: 17/12/2025. It was a GreenTea order I made in-store today. A young eastern-European-sounding lady named Iliyana served me today (the spelling of her name is questionable as her manager Ollie told me her name, instead of me being able to see her name badge). Every day, I come to this place, and no matter how far I go, I always return to it at the end of the day, even if just to sit for a couple of hours. The atmosphere is warm thanks to the wonderful, attentive staff, who make you forget the exhaustion of a long day with their care, smiles, and excellent hospitality. Of course, the coffee is good, and so is the food, but it is the staff who truly set this branch apart from all the Costa branches I have visited.
