I picked up a sandwich from the shelf, and the price tag said it was vegan. I realized it wasn't vegan until I started eating it. That's why it's so important to properly label your food. I should have looked at the ingredients, and that was my mistake, but is it really that hard to label it correctly or remove it if the product is out of stock?

不要来这家店，服务员行为恶劣公然抢夺顾客咖啡作乐 "– Avoid this store" Managerial problems of Big Companies I would say. Very interesting store in the UK you would never see. Just take what is in the offer and don‘t ask for anything else, where giving a friendly smile might be twisted as being offensive. Kids are naughty and throw a tantrum in which you have to say “there, there, it‘s okay”, which is apparently not what happens when you order drinks at the counter. The first sip is always a negotiation. It scalds, but pleasantly, a tiny awakening on the tongue that signals: pay attention.when the last sip is gone, the warmth lingers. Not just in the belly, but in the hands still curved around the empty cup, reluctant to let the moment go. I love this costa I am never disappointed with the customer service, speed, quality of food or cleanliness of this place. I got my go to order (toasties and fudge frappe with soya milk and coffee shot) and I'm blown away. The sprinkles are an added touch and it's never tasted so great. The young woman on the till this morning was also so lovely and reassuring when I struggled to order. Best experience I could've asked for
