Every day, I come to this place, and no matter how far I go, I always return to it at the end of the day, even if just to sit for a couple of hours. The atmosphere is warm thanks to the wonderful, attentive staff, who make you forget the exhaustion of a long day with their care, smiles, and excellent hospitality. Of course, the coffee is good, and so is the food, but it is the staff who truly set this branch apart from all the Costa branches I have visited.
Super friendly kind and helpful staff. So patient, helping us with spilled children’s drinks and offering our dog her first pup cup ❤️ Absolutely spot on and reassuring with regards to vegan friendly 💚
They refused to accept a £ 10.00 gift voucher at the till. Said they didn't do them anymore. What the point of selling Costa gift vouchers if they are not accepted?
I love this costa I am never disappointed with the customer service, speed, quality of food or cleanliness of this place. I got my go to order (toasties and fudge frappe with soya milk and coffee shot) and I'm blown away. The sprinkles are an added touch and it's never tasted so great. The young woman on the till this morning was also so lovely and reassuring when I struggled to order. Best experience I could've asked for
Came in for my free birthday treat, staff were very polite and kind. Would recommend for a good coffee and cake!
