A lady called Nay was very happy to help me with my order. At first she could see I was a little disappointed that my 'order in' drink had been put in a takeaway cup by another member of staff so she walked over and asked me if I would like it in a glass as she was picking up my 'vibe'. This is a very rare quality and she deserves alot of praise. Thank you Nay x
I solely come to this costa just to be served by the lovely Nay, she is always welcoming, remembers my order and goes above and beyond to make it just how I like it. She really works hard and I love having a chat with her.
A wonderful server named may gave me the best drink ever and is sa wonderful to talk too. Amazing service definitely coming back
