Polite staff and feasible coffee. Tons of space to sit.
Messaged up our whole order and refused to refund as was via app despite the app insisting they can't do anything. Ridiculous. Coffee stone cold half empty. Bap missing. Panini well... An absolute mess of just dried cheese and pesto nothing else. Order was over and hour late and kept being cancelled with drivers while the food was just sat on the side clearly.
Had the best experience at Costa here this morning and its only 6:55. Lovely strawberry drizzle frappe, comfortable seats, plugpoint access and the two lovliest staff with so much energy for 6-7 in the morning! I don't know their names but it was a very charasmatic ginger man with lovely hair and a lovely and very friendly brunette lady! Thank you both for making my day :)
Was severed by an amazing young man called Roberto who was courteous and helpful. A real asset to the team I’m sure. I often have a different experience in the mornings as the staff member called Anna is often heard to be swearing and arguing with another called Eden
