I have a family member with a disease similar to Parkinson' along with dementia and anger. Let's just say he can be difficult. After being thrown out of a couple of facilities because of anger issues, he's now at Costa Del Sol and he seems to be doing better. He says the food is great and the staff is OK. He's only been here 5 weeks but so far it's working out better than I hoped. The one big negative is this place has no visitor parking and street parking is what you'd expect for the area...awful.

My mother was placed in the very last room all the way in the back, alone in a room with a tv with no remote. She is awake and alert! Supposed to go just for rehab post knee replacement. Screaming patient across from her and screaming patient around the corner from her. Took her home right away! Not one night spent there!

How can you improve? Get new employees who actually care about people! The service we received was absolutely unacceptable! I swear the google reviews are fake af
