I absolutely love coming here! Dr. Costa and her staff have helped me through an auto accident and sports injuries. She’s very knowledgeable and compassionate.
I’m about 3/4 the way through my prescribed spinal decompression therapy with Dr. Costa. When I began, early this winter, I had constant low back pain, and a strong fear of hurting myself while doing things I enjoy, like skiing. This spring, the pain has lessened a lot, and I’m able to ski without the fear and vulnerability that was always with me 4-5 months ago — a big step forward!
Dr. Costa is amazing. Without her my dancer would not be dancing at the level she is at. She has kept her moving and continuing to do what she love through her magic touch. I recommend her to everyone!
