Great place to live. Friendly staff, attentive, maintenance has always been quick to respond, quiet, peaceful and great location. I have no complaints about Cottage Bay whatsoever.
I love it here at cottage bay I have been here almost 2 years and I am very happy. They really care about us as residents and they care about the kids here too they have a homework club, fun events etc. I highly recommend them!
I've been a resident at Cottage Bay for a year now, and I really enjoy living here. Like any apartment complex, there are neighbors I enjoy less than others, but most of them are pleasant and courteous. The staff here are attentive, respectful and kind. The maintenance staff is awesome - they never take more than a day or so to fix anything unless they have to wait for a part or equipment, and even then it is fast! although it's on the lower end of the rent spectrum this is a tax credit federally funded housing project you would think that means they're more careful with their maintenance however maintenance and the treatment from the staff remains lackluster. l actually had to file small claims court in order to get the apartment complex to repair problems in my apartment. Although they seem to have been taken over by a larger management company the staff is the same and therefore many of the problems remain. After replacing our w... read more
This place needs a lot of help, not worth the price..things don't get fixed in a decent time either...the management stinks too...they pick favorites
This place is a nightmare worst place I've ever been and its only two months in. There is only one dumpster. Management is flaky has excuses for everything and lies. Have problems and reported four things wrong with apartment maintenance came fixed one and left without saying anything. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone. Yelp makes you pick a star.
