I don't know what everyone expects. These are 2 and 3 bedrooms. so yes there are kids outside what do expect there is no play ground. So they run around.Do i like no but that's my reality for now. yes ppl are smoking in there cars. Its not perfect. But I tell you what. I feel safer here then most places. So if you don't like where you live. On a low budget. Go to New York projects and I bet you appreciate what you have. Because it could be worse
Was very interested in moving here but they never answer the phone and that’s a huge red flag

These apartments are nice inside and out love it here
These very ghetto apartments never answer the office phones. The electric goes off and on random days, also they shut off water supply without any notice. There is trash all over the parking lot, dog crap EVERYWHERE!. The children are outside pass 12am and runs up and down the stairs, it sounds like an earthquake. The random Maintenance men that they switch in and out do not understand how to fix basic things and there is no number for emergency maintenance. They are very careless when it comes to the tenants.
