Don't rent/buy here, we were doing a rent to own, the person who we were renting to own is being sued for the property of the trailer..the lot manager is rude, lies and if she doesn't like you she will do everything to make your life there hell. As a former resident of this trailer park, I did a drive through to see my old home. I was appalled at the state of the park. Trash everywhere and lawns not mowed. Also the manager is dishonest. If she likes you, she will do anything for you. If she doesn't, you are SOL. She refused to return my deposit, though I kept my lot neat and tidy. Heather is amazing community manager. She goes up and beyond for not only her tenants that I can see but also her willingness to answer my questions regarding availability. My family and I are on her waiting list and can't wait to get into the community. She explained to me that a new playground was being built and had basketball court.
Clean park, good management communication with residents. Roads are well maintained in the winter, and we now have a fenced in dog park!
Heather is great! She is very responsive and does her best to quickly resolve any issues or questions. I would recommend living here.
