Tonya and Charmaine were absolutely wonderful and so kind to my mom and I. We have been looking for a place that would make us feel safe and give us a fresh start, and we both go truly believe we found the perfect place at Country Side. Lisa and Tanya are amazing leasing managers, very understanding and will always try to help out the best way that they can. The trailer park itself is absolutely beautiful and clean. The neighbors are friendly and quiet and its overall peaceful. Definitely move in here if you can afford it! amazing deals!

Had my 3 month inspection today with Tonya and just wanted to say I already love living here! She was very kind and professional and took the extra few minutes to allow my kids to show her their rooms/toys❤️ We also traded some recipes lol. The neighbors are awesome, the management is awesome, and our home is everything my family ever wanted. I love that Tonya and Lisa like to get to know their renters on a personal level. They are both amazing. I can’t wait to see what the future will hold for us here!❤️❤️❤️

I reside in Countryside and wanted to take a minute to tell you that our maintenance supervisor, Steven, is seriously the best! He reaches out in a timely manner, is always ready and willing to do extra if needed, If he doesn't know an answer he find outs and gets back to me in a timely manner, my repairs are generally done the same day and he always goes out of his way for me if I need something. That place is a stinker, it's a worse place to live, all the mobile homes are full of bed bugs that's why they are tearing them down and my house is infested with it and I have been battling this pest for some time, I went to the office to get a solution and they just laughed at me and said it's my fault, stupid people...
