Worst customer service ever!! Been trying for days to get them on the phone. No information on their website that is helpful!!!
I rarely write negative reviews, but here is one. This morning at 7:30, while walking the dog, I saw neighbors putting trash out, which was a reminder to do the same. I lugged both the recycling and trash out quickly, because recycling cones oretty early. This afternoon I noticed the trash had not been picked up. I called customer service to see if they’d come by yet and she said that according to their GPS that they were there at 9:30. She said that something must have been blocking my trashcan.
