I agree with the last review. They make promises they can't keep. Say they'll come pick up the trash and never do. I also signed up for recycling when I first started working with them and thought I paid for it, they never picked it up...when I called to ask about it, they said we don't do recycling in your area..WHAT??? This company makes me so mad.
They are not true to their word and if you have to talk with someone it gets confusing as to is it the main office or culpeper office. They state oh we will be there and never show up and when you call they will say it was a mistake they don't have anyone in that area for the day. I liked it better when they were a smaller company and I did change services.
