So we had county waste for our city garbage collection, and on the last day of pick up the collectors store quite a few residents personal garbage cans. When I reached out to County Waste, the representative I spoke to in Tremont (Matt) laughed and asked if I had a receipt. He stated the workers were told to collect all County Waste Garabge cans. My town uses this company, they are always late...this last time they threw our household receptacles in the truck. We had them out holding excess recycling . They have never taken them before . Garbage & recycling were thrown in together instead of one at a time in different compartments.

I would not recommend this service to anyone who is looking for trash service! My garbage was not picked for two weeks WHY? They could not give me an answer why I do not have a trash a can from them which takes 6-9 weeks so I put my bags out the night before an then have to call and call. Told your trash is serviced between 5am-5pm then told by another representative 5am-7pm?? Which is it? Then asked to speak with a supervisor no they don't want to that or well call you back they don't? Do not waste your money on this trash ... read more

The worst company I ever seen, I’m one week they take all the garbage and on the next week I have to call the company, my trash cans were supposed to be here in 2 weeks and it’s almost 6 weeks, I have to call the company every week Cux the driver don’t pick my garbage, and then I have to wait one more week for them to come, this isn’t right!!! The worst company OMG!
