My son was recently in a class that had 5 different instructors for a Segment I class. I called to express concern when I learned of the multiple instructors the first week of class and was told they would take my concern under consideration. Fast forward a few weeks and my son was marked absent one of the class dates, which is incorrect. Now they are refusing to give him his certificate until he makes up a class. Rachel the “manager of complaints” is a real treat too. Go elsewhere!
