The class was great. Mr. Blum was an amazing classroom instructor. He would draw pictures, explain situations, and provide examples when we were going through the questions instead of simply reading off the answer. Mr. Blum was also an amazing driving instructor. He would provide tips and point things out on the road throughout the entire drive. Mr. Mazure was also a great driving instructor. He also pointed things out throughout the drive. I did not drive with Mr. Hilbert. Overall, great experience, and I learned a lot.
The classes were informative and Courtesy’s system was effective. Mr. Blum was a good teacher and explained things throughly. As for the driving, I had a chance to drive with most of the driver instructors my program offered. Mr Mazure, and Ms Rivers were good overall, giving clear guidance. The in class experience was great with Mr. Blum! He goes over things with detail and makes sure you understand, he also is great on the road, he is kind, approachable and funny. Mr. Leka was good as well, he made the drive comfortable. Mr. Mazure gave inaccurate scores (good scores to drivers who didn’t do well/needed more help), he didn’t give details on the road when driving, you he no real experience with him because all he does is stay in the neighborhood or on the main road doing no u- turns, Michigan lefts, roundabouts... read more
Mr. Blum- Class and car- He was good at making sure we knew where we were going and keeping us focused and safe Mr. Leka- Car- He was good at showing us different kinds of distractions and stuff so we can stay focused when those happen in a real situation. Mr. Mazure- Car- Good with helping us park properly, showed us our error so we could fix the for the future. All instructors that I drove with or that taught me were amazing! I am very happy with my experience with Courtesy, I feel like I learned a lot.
I definitely had a great experience from the beginning till the last day especially having Blum as my instructor. He is very open minded and tries to make the class fun. i would suggest that you don’t take this class during December-February because of all the snow and having to reschedule drives but overall I had an amazing experience.
