I love LifeStance and have had a great experience with Courtney Brumfield! Telehealth is always convenient and efficient, I’m able to message my provider directly and usually do not have to wait more than a day or so to hear back. Courtney listens to my ideas and concerns and has actual constructive conversations which I haven’t found everywhere. LifeStance seems to have it together as far as the administrative side of things, never had an issue.
Ive been a patient with LifeStance Health for almost two years. Great therapists and prescribers treating me like a unique, whole person. They’ve been instrumental in my mental health and recovery journey!
Courtney Brumfield is a great counselor and CNP. I would definitely recommend her to somebody else. She’s easy to have a conversation with and offers suggestions along the way. The entire LifeStance team have treated me right.
Courtney Brumfield is the WORST psychiatry cpn I've ever encountered. She thinks nothing of patient care.She canceled my son's appointment and then when he was out of medicine, indicated that it was my fault for not having a follow up. She canceled the appointment which is why he was out of medication. Then she discontinued services with my eldest for an appointment he knew nothing about. This is not my first review of LifeStance. I was asked to review again… I honestly don’t review the company itself. I really have no dealings with Lifestance other than messaging and billing really. It’s all rather transparent. It’s kept pretty simple which I like. Now, my provider/PNP Courtney Brumfield I can speak on. She is in a word incredible. Empathetic, warm, funny, accommodating. I’ve been with her 2+ years and intend to stay with her for my ADHD care.
