I absolutely adore my therapist, she truly amazing! She’s so kind and caring, and you can tell she’s actively listening every time we talk. She gives me the best advice, knows how to make me laugh even on my sad days, and lets me cry through the whole session if I need to. I always leave feeling lighter and more understood. I’m so grateful for her and the safe space she’s created for me.
My experience has been great! She really listens, and talks to me, she hears my thoughts and what I am doing through. Offers advice on how to deal and cope. She’s great! One who takes the time to listen. You can tell when someone isn’t listening to you. There was a time when the power kept going on and off due to a storm. The Internet was in and out as well. I had an appointment with provider Courtney Woodard on 7/29/2025 at 6:00 PM. She called me back at 6:30 PM, and it appeared she had run over with a prior patient. While I understand that delays can happen, there was no front desk staff present to check me in or let me know she was running behind. I was the only patient in the waiting room, and waiting alone for 30 minutes without an update felt uncomfortable.
