This was my first experience with therapy and was completely dismissed as a patient. I had difficulty with logging in and was met with an attitude about completing paperwork. All of my concerns were essentially dismissed and half addressed. It is very unfortunate with the limited option of certain providers to receive the care that was received.

I’m not even sure where to begin. My son (8 years old) had an appointment today at 11:00am with this “psychiatrist.” My wife and I were running a few minutes late, so we arrived at 11:03. We filled out the paperwork and Mrs. Truesdale called us back. Her immediate attitude was palpable in the way she rudely asked me to close the door. Courtney Truesdale seemed down to business. Which is what I wanted. I wanted a Psychiatrist that would roll their sleeves up and help me with my medication management. That's exactly how she came across and I'm thankful for that. She continues to showcase the provider I always wished I'd had.

Courtney was snooty, unhelpful and seemed VERY judgemental. Felt extremely nervous when I came in and left feeling worse.
