Covenant Caregivers has been great to work with. Everyone in the office has been responsive and so helpful anytime we have needed them. Amber has been especially great in scheduling the care we need for our family member. Quay is so kind and attentive to our family member and a joy to have around. After meeting my Mother, Mike and Mallory worked diligently until finding the perfect caregivers for her. The caregivers were exceptionally well-trained and compassionate. They answered my many calls and questions, giving detailed information about my Mother's condition. They always included information about her daily activities. Everyone at Covenant Caregivers went above and beyond to give my mother and our family the best care possible.
My family retained Covenant Caregivers last summer to assist with a relative with dementia. Initially, we scheduled for one afternoon a week. We expressed the need for consistency and the likelihood we would increase hours over time. This was our first time dipping our toe into having a professional caregiver. Covenant Caregivers was a God send while my father was ill with stage 4 cancer. We just need day time assistance to be in the home while we took much need breaks. Our assigned caregiver was such a sweet breath of fresh air! They were very helpful with resources and contacts along with compassion. I highly recommend Covenant Caregivers for anyone needing care for a loved one.
About a month ago , I was in the process of moving my Dad from Kentucky to Mississippi with home hospice, I had no idea who to contact for sitter service due to never being in this situation before. From the moment I spoke to Mallory on the phone, I knew we were in good hands.
